Privacy notice

Controller: AMSI OÜ (trade name SootSpec), registry code 16745481, email info@sootspec.ee.

What we collect

When you send the contact form or email us, we receive the details you give us: name, phone number, email, the site location and the description of the damage, and any photos you send.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the work you order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted within 12 months. Job records are kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Who we share it with

With nobody, unless it is needed for your job (for example your insurer or a licensed partner such as an electrician), or required by law.
