When you need it
- Visible mould on walls, ceilings or behind furniture
- Musty smell after water damage
- Mould found during renovation
Why it matters
Paint and bleach do not solve it
Mould in porous materials keeps coming back if the material and the moisture stay. Dead mould can still cause reactions.
Disturbing it spreads it
Removing mould without containment releases spores into the rest of the building.
Moisture is the cause
Without fixing the leak or condensation, any cleaning is temporary.
Our procedure
Find the moisture source
Leak, condensation or ventilation problem identified and fixed.
Assess the extent
Affected area measured; the size decides the level of containment and protection.
Contain
Poly sheeting and negative air for larger areas; respiratory protection for the crew.
Remove and clean
Affected porous materials removed; hard surfaces HEPA-vacuumed and cleaned.
Dry and verify
Structure dried to target values and checked before closing.

Questions
Can I clean mould myself?
Small spots on hard surfaces, yes, with protection. Larger areas or mould inside walls need containment and removal of the affected material.
Will it come back?
Not if the moisture source is fixed and the affected material has been removed.
