Fire damage restoration is all we do.
The only company in Estonia that specialises in post-fire restoration – not general cleaning.
Why we started
We started SootSpec after working on fire sites and seeing the same mistakes again and again: regular vacuums blowing soot back into the air, wet cloths rubbing soot into drywall, cleaning from the bottom up, and crews working without any protection.
The result is predictable: stains that cannot be removed, smell that comes back when the heating goes on, and materials replaced that could have been saved. It does not have to be that way. The right order and the right tools make the difference.
How we work
We work at a fast, steady pace and finish the job. We don't drag it out. You pay for results, not extra hours. Every step is documented, so the client, the contractor and the insurer can see exactly what was done.
Method
Dry before wet, top to bottom, source before odour, nothing closed until verified.
Tempo
No waiting around on site. A written estimate before we start and a daily photo report while we work.
Documentation
Photos, logs and a handover file on every job.
Safety
Proper respiratory protection, zoning and decontamination, and licensed specialists for regulated work.
