From the first call to a finished, odour-free property.
Eleven phases, one contractor, one contact person. Every phase ends with a check that must pass before the next one starts, and everything is documented for your insurer.
Intake & scoping
Claim details, building facts, access and the rate basis agreed before we arrive.
Emergency stabilisation
Safety, utilities, water, corrosion first aid and contents inventory.
Assessment & documentation
Photos, soot types, moisture map and a decision for every material.
Insurer approval
Damage report, itemised estimate and written approval of the scope.
Containment & selective demolition
Zones, negative air and removal of what cannot be saved.
Soot removal & cleaning
Dry before wet, top to bottom, wipe-tested room by room.
Structural cleaning
Char removed down to sound material, engineer's assessment.
Moisture protection & drying
Runs from day one until the rebuild, logged every day.
Odour elimination & sealing
Source removal, fogging, ozone, shellac sealing, warm retest.
Rebuild to finished
Fire protection, services, surfaces and kitchen, closed only when dry.
Quality control & handover
Room-by-room checks, handover file and follow-up.
Phase 07 (drying) runs in parallel from phase 01 to phase 09.
Finished is proven, not assumed.

- Visual inspection in good light
- White-cloth wipe test, photographed
- Smell test with the heating on and the room closed, by someone who did not work on the job

Follow-up
- Check-in 2–4 weeks after handover
- Second check after the first heating season, when odour and corrosion would show
- Written list of anything not treated, and why
- Care instructions for the owner
One contact person
One person handles you, the insurer, the housing association and the neighbours for the whole job.
Your insurer gets what it needs
Emergency measures reported the same day, a damage report, an itemised estimate and written approval before major work.
Licensed work stays licensed
Electrical, asbestos and structural work is done by licensed specialists. We coordinate them so nothing is closed too early.
